Shawn T. May

Shawn T. May is a Saratoga Springs native and veteran of the United States Army. He joined Linnan & Fallon after working in the Litigation department of a major insurance company. Mr. May's experience brings a unique and valuable perspective to all aspects of Linnan & Fallon's negligence cases. Mr. May's knowledge of the insurance industry's structure and business practices gives him a strategic advantage in evaluating and negotiating personal injury claims and allows him to provide exhaustive and thorough representation for our clients.

Mr. May is also well versed in New York State's Liquor License laws and experienced in all facets of liquor license issues including: Corporate formation, lease negotiations, commercial real estate, purchase and sale of bar/tavern/restaurant, asset purchase agreements, liquor license applications and State Liquor Authority revocation proceedings and other disciplinary matters.
